Job summary

Vaisala Inc. is seeking a Customer Care Specialist to support our global customers from the Burlington, MA office in a hybrid setup. You will act as the frontline interface via phone, email, chat, and service tickets, documenting interactions in Salesforce and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in customer-centric roles, strong communication, and the ability to learn about Vaisala products while maintaining high service standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and 1–3 years of experience in a customer-centric role.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus but not required.
• Excellent communication, multitasking, prioritization and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Be an integral part of a newly established department within a growing global organization.
• Serve as frontline interface with Vaisala customers via phone, email, chat, and service tickets.
• Document customer interactions with accurate records in Salesforce.
• Collaborate with cross-functional peers to exceed customer expectations and identify improvement opportunities.
• Provide feedback to shape department operations and enhance the customer experience.
• Continuously learn about Vaisala products and services.
• Work with stakeholders across the organization worldwide.
