S&ME, Inc. in the United States invites applicants to its 2027 Spark Summer Internship program for Civil, Environmental, Construction, and Geotechnical Engineering.

The twelve-week program runs May 2027 through August 2027 and offers hands-on experience with experienced professional-owners across service lines. You will join an intern cohort, gain exposure to technical experts, and receive professional development to help you transition from campus to career.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a related degree program; Rising Juniors, Seniors, or Graduate students preferred
• Related experience and/or campus, community, work-related leadership experience preferred
• At least 18 years of age
• Out of town travel may be required
• For technical roles the ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions is required
• Routine lifting may be required: 40 to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• As part of the Spark Internship Program, you will work alongside experienced professionals and technical staff within your area of interest.
• You will be a part of an intern cohort and will learn about all aspects of S&ME.
• S&ME's internship will provide hands-on experience and access to technical experts across the company, as well as professional development to help you transition from campus to career.
