Job summary

S&ME is offering the 2027 Spark Summer Internship across Civil, Environmental, Construction, Geotechnical Engineering, and more. You will work with experienced professional-owners in your area of interest and gain hands-on experience while learning all aspects of S&ME. These twelve-week internships run May through August 2027 with competitive pay based on experience.

Housing is not provided. Visa assistance is not provided. Out-of-town travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a related degree program; Rising Juniors, Seniors, or Graduate students preferred.
• Related experience and/or campus, community, work-related leadership experience preferred.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Out of town travel may be required.
• For technical roles the ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions is required.
• Routine lifting may be required: 40 to 50 lbs.
