Job summary

S&ME Inc. in Cincinnati, Ohio invites students to join the 2027 Spark Summer Internship Program across Civil, Environmental, Construction, and Geotechnical Engineering. As an intern you’ll work with experienced owner-mentors in a collaborative, multi-disciplinary environment and gain hands-on experience on real project opportunities.

The program runs twelve weeks from May 2027 through August 2027 with competitive pay based on experience. Housing is not provided.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a related degree program; Rising Juniors, Seniors, or Graduate students preferred.
• Related experience and/or campus, community, work-related leadership experience preferred.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Out of town travel may be required.
• For technical roles the ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions is required.
• Routine lifting may be required: 40 to 50 lbs.
