Job summary

S&ME, a leading employee-owned, multi-disciplinary engineering firm, invites students to join its 2027 Spark Summer Internship Program in civil, environmental, construction, and geotechnical engineering. You will work with experienced employee-owners within your area of interest and be part of an intern cohort to gain hands-on experience and access to technical expertise across the company.

The twelve-week internship runs May 2027 through August 2027 with competitive pay based on experience.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a related degree program; Rising Juniors, Seniors, or Graduate students preferred;
• Related experience and/or campus, community, work-related leadership experience preferred;
• At least 18 years of age;
• Out of town travel may be required;
• For technical roles the ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions is required;
• Routine lifting may be required: 40 to 50 lbs.
