Job summary

Great Wolf Lodge in Bloomington, MN invites energetic students to join the Summer Hospitality Internship. This 10-week, full-time internship places you in Guest Services, Housekeeping, Retail, Attractions, Entertainment, or Food & Beverage, with on-site training and mentorship from lodge leadership.

You’ll gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced family-friendly environment, develop customer-service and teamwork skills, and explore potential full-time opportunities after the program ends.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Currently enrolled in an associate or bachelor’s degree program.
• Available for a 10-week program (End of May to Early August).
• Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply and divide).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to read, write, and interpret instructional documents.
• Flexible scheduling incl evenings, weekends, and Holidays.
• Unrestricted US work authorization.
• No housing or relocation provided.
• Criminal background check and drug screen completed.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage guests with professional presentation.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries and escalate to leadership.
• Enhance the guest experience through providing exceptional customer service.
• Follow all safety guidelines, company procedures, and asset protection protocols.
• Participate in required safety and emergency training.
• Report any incidents or hazards to leadership.
• Perform all duties as outlined for your assigned department and maintain dependable attendance.
• Engage in cross-departmental job shadows and collaborate on a group project.
