Job summary

Great Wolf Lodge invites applicants to join a Summer Hospitality Internship, a 10-week on-site program in Williamsburg designed to immerse interns in guest services, housekeeping, retail, attractions, entertainment, or F&B. You’ll gain hands-on exposure, mentorship, and a path to future full-time roles within our renowned hospitality brand.

You will deliver exceptional service to families, contribute to a collaborative team, and participate in leadership-led projects.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Currently enrolled in an associate or bachelor's degree program during internship.
• Able to complete a 10-week program (End of May to Early August).
• Experience with basic math (add, subtract, multiply, divide).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to read, write, and interpret reports and manuals.
• Scheduling flexibility including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Unrestricted US work authorization.
• No housing or relocation provided.
• Successful completion of a background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage guests while maintaining professional presentation.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries and escalate issues to leadership.
• Enhance the guest experience through exceptional customer service.
• Follow safety guidelines and participate in required training.
• Perform duties in your assigned department with dependable attendance.
• Engage in cross-departmental shadows and group project work.
