Job summary

Great Wolf Lodge in Concord offers a Summer Hospitality Internship, a 10-week, on-site program that immerses you in day-to-day resort operations across Guest Services, Housekeeping, Retail, Attractions, Entertainment or Food & Beverage.

In this role you’ll gain hands-on experience, mentorship, and a direct pathway to full-time opportunities within the brand, while delivering exceptional service to families and supporting team goals.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School diploma or equivalent
• Must be currently enrollment in an associate degree or bachelor's degree program during internship program
• Available to complete at minimum a 10-week program (End of May to Early August)
• Experience utilizing basic math skills with ability to add, subtract multiply and divide
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to read, write, and interpret instructional documents such as reports and procedure manuals
• Flexibility regarding scheduling based on business demands; including evenings, weekends, and Holidays
• Must have unrestricted work authorization in the US
• No housing or relocation will be provided
• Successful completion of a criminal background check and drug screen
