Great Wolf Lodge in Grand Mound is offering a 10-week Summer Hospitality Internship designed to immerse students in front-line roles across Guest Services, Housekeeping, Retail, Attractions, Entertainment, or Food & Beverage.

The program emphasizes hands-on experience, mentorship, and a pathway to future opportunities, with on-site work, flexible scheduling including evenings and weekends, and a focus on delivering exceptional guest service.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must be currently enrolled in an associate or bachelor's degree program during internship.
• Available to complete at minimum a 10-week program (End of May to Early August).
• Experience utilizing basic math skills with ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to read, write, and interpret instructional documents such as reports and procedure manuals.
• Flexibility regarding scheduling based on business demands; including evenings, weekends, and Holidays.
• Must have unrestricted work authorization in the US.
• No housing or relocation will be provided.
• Successful completion of a criminal background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Enhance guest experience through providing exceptional customer service.
• Follow all safety guidelines and procedures; participate in safety training.

• Collaborate with intern cohort to develop, present a group project by program end.
• Complete required on‑the‑job and classroom learning for your department.
