Job summary

Great Wolf Lodge in Naples invites a Summer Hospitality Intern to explore roles across Guest Services, Housekeeping, Retail, Attractions, Entertainment, or Food & Beverage during a 10-week on-site program. You will rotate through departments, deliver friendly service to families, and learn daily operations in a leading hospitality brand.

You’ll gain hands-on mentorship, participate in cross-department shadowing, and have a pathway to full-time opportunities on program completion.

Qualifications

• Must have High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must be enrolled in an associate degree or bachelor’s degree program during internship.
• Available to complete at minimum a 10-week program (End of May to Early August).
• Unrestricted work authorization in the US.
• Successful completion of a criminal background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage guests while maintaining professional presentation.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries and escalate issues to leadership.
• Enhance the guest experience through providing exceptional customer service.
• Follow all safety guidelines and report incidents or hazards to leadership.
• Perform duties across the assigned department (Guest Services, Housekeeping, Retail, Attractions, Entertainment, or Food & Beverage).
