Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent required.
Enrollment in an associate or bachelor’s degree program during internship.
Available to complete at least a 10-week program (end of May to early August).
Experience with basic math (add, subtract, multiply, divide).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to read, write, and interpret reports and procedures.

Responsibilities

Enhance guest experience by greeting guests and maintaining professional presentation.
Respond promptly to guest inquiries and escalate issues to leadership.
Follow safety guidelines and participate in safety training.
Perform duties in assigned department (Guest Services, Housekeeping, Retail, Attractions, Entertainment, or F&B).
Engage in cross-department shadowing and team project collaboration.
