Qualifications

• ,Must have a High School diploma or equivalent.
• -Must be currently enrolled in an associate or bachelor’s degree program during internship.
• -Available to complete at least a 10-week program (End of May to Early August).
• -Experience with basic math; able to add, subtract, multiply and divide.
• -Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• -Able to read, write, and interpret instructional documents.
• -Scheduling flexibility including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• -Must have unrestricted US work authorization.
• -No housing or relocation provided.
• -Successful completion of a criminal background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Enhance guest experience by greeting and engaging guests with professional presentation.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries and escalate issues to leadership.
• Provide exceptional customer service to improve the guest experience.
• Follow safety guidelines and participate in required training.
• Perform duties as outlined for assigned department (Guest Services, Housekeeping, Retail, Attractions, Entertainment, or Food & Beverage).
• Maintain dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Engage in cross-departmental shadowing and collaborate on a group project by program end.
• Complete on-the-job, self-paced, and classroom learning during the program.
