Job summary

Great Wolf Lodge in Mason, OH is offering a Summer Hospitality Internship for 10 weeks. This on-site program places you in Guest Services, Housekeeping, Retail, Attractions, Entertainment, or Food & Beverage, with hands-on responsibilities and mentorship in a leading hospitality and entertainment brand.

Participants gain real operations exposure, teamwork, and a path to future full-time opportunities within the lodge, while developing customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills

Qualifications

• Must have a High School diploma or equivalent.
• Currently enrolled in an associate or bachelor’s degree program during internship.
• Available to complete at least a 10-week program (End of May to Early August).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must have unrestricted US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Enhance guest experience by greeting and engaging guests.
• Respond to guest inquiries and escalate issues to leadership.
• Perform duties across departments as assigned (Guest Services, Housekeeping, Retail, Attractions, Entertainment, or Food & Beverage).
• Attend safety training and follow health and safety standards.
• Collaborate with peers and participate in group projects by program end.
