Job summary

Great Wolf Lodge is offering a Summer Hospitality Internship in Mason for a 10-week program. Interns will work on-site in Guest Services, Housekeeping, Retail, Attractions, Entertainment, or Food & Beverage, and participate in onboarding, training, and mentorship experiences.

Participants will gain hands-on exposure to hospitality operations, cross-department shadowing, and a final group project presentation to lodge leadership, with potential pathways to full-time opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School diploma or equivalent
• Currently enrolled in an associate or bachelor’s degree program during internship

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage guests while maintaining professional presentation
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries and escalate issues to leadership
• Perform duties in assigned department (Guest Services, Housekeeping, Retail, Attractions, Entertainment, or Food & Beverage)
• Maintain organized, clean work areas in line with health and safety standards
• Collaborate with intern cohort to develop and present a group project to lodge leadership
• Complete on-the-job, self-paced, and classroom learning for your department
• Engage in networking events and opportunities with program participants
