• Determine appropriate policy and coverage for loss.
• Onboard new associates with leadership team.
• Document facts of loss in the computer system.
• Respond to requests via telephone or correspondence.
• Interpret coverage and issue claim decisions for engagements.
• Review and update intake processes.
