Responsibilities

• Receive claim information via phone, email, or fax
• Provide information on loss reporting options
• Determine applicable policy coverage for losses
• Document facts of loss in the system
• Respond to internal/external requests via phone or email
• Interpret coverage and issue claim decisions for the Engagement Center
