Formación

• This is a full-time summer internship and will require someone who can work at least 40 hours per week.
• Must be currently enrolled and have completed at least 60 credit hours with an accredited college or university.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service to both external and internal customers.
• Ability to work as a team member and perform based on established standards and expectations.
• Ability to multi-task and stay organized.
• Must be detail-oriented with clear written and oral communication.

Responsabilidades

• Receive initial claim information from customers.
• Advise on loss reporting options and determine applicable policy and coverage.
• Onboard new associates with leadership and triage claim information.
• Analyze information and decide next steps; document facts in the system.
• Respond to requests via phone, email, or correspondence.
• Interpret coverage and issue claim decisions.
• Review and update intake procedures as needed.
