Job summary

Qualifications

• This is a full-time summer internship for the 2027 summer.
• Must reside and work within specific U.S. states per footprint.

Responsibilities

• Receive initial claim information via phone, email, or fax.
• Provide information on options for loss reporting.
• Determine policy and coverage for loss.
• Onboard new associates with leadership team.
• Analyze claim information and triage next steps.
• Document facts of loss in the system.
• Respond to internal and external requests via phone or email.
• Interpret coverage and issue claim decisions.
