Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• Pursuance of a graduate degree full or part-time in an accredited college or university.
• Pursuing a Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Marketing, Customer Experience Management, Human-Centered Design, User Experience (UX), Digital Marketing, Product Management, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• Experience with Voice of Customer (VOC) analytics, customer journey mapping, customer experience measurement, or digital experience analysis.

Responsibilities

• 1) Communicate effectively with colleagues, clientele, and other internal/external constituencies in planning assignments and resolving day-to-day problems.
• 2) Under supervision, provide professional services aligned with day-to-day operating objectives; receive guidance and mentoring.
• 3) Undertake and/or participate in projects to develop professional skills and expertise.
• 4) Participate in planning and implementation of unit projects within area of expertise and ability.
• 5) Conduct research and reporting inclusive of recommendations or alternative proposals for action.
• 6) Undertake related studies or enrichment programs as appropriate to the objectives of the unit.
• 7) Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
