Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.

Responsibilities

Analyze voice-of-customer data to identify opportunities.
Evaluate customer journeys and digital experiences.
Conduct website and digital experience assessments.
Review Adobe Analytics insights to inform decisions.
Support process-improvement initiatives and journey mapping.
Develop experience recommendations and content/SEO ideas.
Prepare presentations and reports for stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams across marketing, product, and analytics.
