Undertake and participate in projects to develop professional skills relevant to the organization.
Participate in planning and implementation of unit projects and initiatives within area of expertise.
Conduct research and reporting with recommendations for action.
Undertake related enrichment programs as appropriate to the objectives of the operating unit.
Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
