Job summary

United Concordia Dental is offering a Summer 2027 Customer Experience Analyst Graduate Internship to explore customer experience strategy, journey analytics, and digital optimization within a healthcare setting. Interns will work with leaders across marketing, product, and analytics to analyze customer interactions and propose improvements for seamless, personalized experiences.

The program provides hands-on training in UX, digital strategy, and data-driven decision making, with exposure to VOC

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Pursuance of a graduate degree full or part-time in an accredited college or university.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to support planning and execution of projects.
• Under supervision, provide professional services aligned with day-to-day operating objectives.
• Participate in projects and programs to develop professional skills and expertise.
• Assist in planning and implementing unit projects and initiatives within area of expertise.
• Conduct research and prepare reports with recommendations or alternative proposals.
• Engage in related studies or enrichment programs as appropriate to the unit’s objectives.
• Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.
