Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required; pursuing a graduate degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze voice-of-customer data and customer interactions to identify improvement opportunities.
• Evaluate customer journeys and conduct website and digital experience assessments.
• Review Adobe Analytics insights and support data-driven recommendations.
• Assist with process improvement initiatives and develop journey maps and experience recommendations.
• Support content and SEO optimization efforts and prepare presentations for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, analytics, and UX.
