Job summary

IT’SUGAR is hiring a Retail Keyholder to lead the store experience at our Utah location. You will assist customers, manage register duties, and ensure the sales floor stays clean, organized and visually appealing. You may open or close the store as needed and support events.

You will follow our SUGARTAINMENT engagement model, handle merchandise, and maintain LP standards while delivering a high-energy, fun customer experience.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 6 months in a similar retail role preferred.
• Flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to use a POS/cash register.
• Able to stand and walk for long periods; lift up to 25 lbs, up to 50 lbs with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with requests and inquiries.
• Follow our customer engagement model, SUGARTAINMENT.
• Ensure sales floor is clean and organized while maintaining store visual standards.
• Operate POS/register to properly cash out all customers.
• Open or close the store as needed.
• Merchandise displays to visual guidelines.
• Assist in set-up for special events and promotions.
• Understand LP policies and communicate LP issues with Store Manager.
• Maintain store operations including backroom/restroom maintenance, cleaning.
