IT’SUGAR LLC in Rutherford, NJ is seeking a part-time Retail Keyholder to deliver a SWEET customer experience while promoting our brand. The role includes sales floor merchandising, product knowledge, and register duties, with occasional opening or closing of the store.

As a SUGARTAINER, you will provide exceptional service, help customers find items, maintain store visuals, and support in-store events. Flexible scheduling and opportunities for growth are offered.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High School diploma preferred.
• 6 months in a similar retail role preferred.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and assist customers with requests.
• Follow our SUGARTAINMENT customer engagement model.
• Keep sales floor clean, organized, and within visual standards.
• Operate POS/register and cash out customers.
