Job summary

IT’SUGAR is seeking a fun and dynamic Retail Keyholder to join our team. You will be the premier “SUGARTAINER” delivering a SWEET customer experience while handling store duties including sales floor merchandising, product knowledge, and register duties.

You’ll assist customers, maintain a clean sales floor, and operate the POS system to cash out customers. Flexible scheduling and opportunities for career growth are offered.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Education: High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Years of Experience: 6 months in a similar retail role preferred.
• Flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to use a POS/cash register.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with requests and inquiries.
• Follow our customer engagement model, SUGARTAINMENT.
• Ensure sales floor is clean and organized while maintaining store visual standards.
• Operate POS/register to properly cash out all customers.
