ITSUGAR is seeking a Retail Keyholder to deliver a SWEET customer experience while supporting store operations and merchandising.

You will greet guests, assist with requests, promote SUGARTAINMENT, handle POS transactions, and help with opening or closing the store.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ and able to work flexible schedule.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 6 months in a similar retail role preferred.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs with assistance.
• Experience using a POS/cash register.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with requests and inquiries.
• Follow SUGARTAINMENT customer engagement model.
• Maintain clean, organized sales floor and visuals.
• Operate POS/register to cash out customers.
• Open or close the store as needed.
• Merchandise displays to visual guidelines.
• Support events and promotions.
