Job summary

IT’SUGAR seeks a Retail Keyholder to deliver a SWEET customer experience and manage store duties, including sales floor merchandising and register operations. You will be the premier SUGARTAINER, promoting our brand while supporting opening or closing procedures when needed.

You’ll engage customers, meet sales goals, and participate in events and promotions. This role emphasizes energetic teamwork, high-energy environment, and adherence to LP policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and able to work flexible schedule (days/evenings/weekends/holidays).
• Experience in a retail role is preferred but not required.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with requests and inquiries.
• Follow engagement model, SUGARTAINMENT.
• Keep sales floor clean and organized and maintain store visuals.
• Operate POS to cash out customers.
