IT’SUGAR is seeking a Retail Keyholder to deliver a sweet customer experience as the premier SUGARTAINER. You will manage sales floor merchandising, product knowledge, and register duties, with responsibilities including opening or closing the store.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 6 months in a similar retail role preferred.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to use a POS/cash register.
• Able to stand and walk for long periods; use hands; reach with arms; talk or hear.
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs; up to 50 lbs with assistance.
• Must be able to work alone or with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with inquiries.
• Follow engagement model (SUGARTAINMENT) to enhance the customer experience.
• Keep sales floor clean and organized and maintain visual standards.
• Operate POS/register and cash out customers accurately.
• Support opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Merchandise displays according to visual guidelines and assist in event setups.
