IT’SUGAR in Glendale, AZ is seeking a fun and dynamic Retail Keyholder to join our team. You will be the premier “SUGARTAINER,” delivering a SWEET customer experience while handling store duties including sales floor merchandising, product knowledge, and register operations.

You’ll engage customers, follow our SUGARTAINMENT model, assist on the floor, and help open/close the store as needed. A positive attitude and reliability are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer-facing roles is preferred.
• Ability to operate a cash register and handle transactions accurately.
• Strong communication and friendly, energetic demeanor.
