IT’SUGAR is seeking a fun and dynamic Retail Keyholder in a fast-paced environment. You will be the premier “SUGARTAINER,” delivering a SWEET customer experience, handling sales floor merchandising and register duties, and sometimes opening or closing the store.

The role emphasizes humor, great service, and brand promotion, with responsibilities across sales, product knowledge, and store operations in a lively retail setting.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Education: High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience: 6 months in a similar retail role preferred.
• Flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and assist with inquiries.
• Follow the SUGARTAINMENT engagement model.
• Maintain store cleanliness and merchandising standards.
• Operate POS/register and cash out customers.
