Job summary

IT’SUGAR is seeking a fun and dynamic Retail Keyholder to join our team. You will be the premier Sugar-tainer delivering a memorable customer experience while promoting our brand in a fast-paced candy retail environment.

The role includes assisting customers, handling sales floor duties, merchandising, opening or closing the store, and maintaining loss prevention standards. Prior retail experience is preferred; ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs is required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 6 months in a similar retail role preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and engage customers.
• Operate POS / register and handle cash accurately.
• Keep sales floor clean, organized, and visually appealing.
• Assist in opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Support merchandising and store promotions.
