Job summary

Charlie Health is expanding its SUD program nationwide and seeks a Territory Manager, SUD, to join the founding go-to-market team. You will educate referral partners, build trust-based relationships, and drive growth across detox centers, residential treatment centers, and rehab facilities.

Based in Orange County, CA, you will travel extensively to partner sites, collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize our outreach and engagement strategies, with a strong emphasis on delivering

Qualifications

• Must have proven sales or business development experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills required.
• Ability to build relationships with diverse referral partners.
• Excellent organizational and project management capabilities.
• Experience with Salesforce and Microsoft Office is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a territory-level go-to-market strategy for the SUD program.
• Build deep relationships with SUD referral partners across care settings.
• Conduct in-field outreach 4-5 days per week to educate partners about Charlie Health's SUD programs.
• Identify barriers to treatment and collaborate with referral sources to improve access to care.
• Collect and synthesize partner feedback to refine messaging and execution.
• Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to improve the SUD growth motion.
• Represent Charlie Health at community events and conferences to promote the SUD program.
• Gather feedback to refine marketing, operations, and product strategies.
• Work with marketing, clinical, operations, and analytics to achieve growth goals.
