Job summary

Charlie Health is seeking a Territory Manager, SUD to join our go-to-market team and scale the nationwide SUD program. You will educate referral partners across detox, residential centers, and other SUD-focused organizations about Charlie Health's behavioral health services.

Based in the San Fernando Valley, CA, you will perform field outreach 4–5 days weekly, travel extensively, and partner with marketing, clinical, operations, and analytics teams to drive growth.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of proven sales or business development experience.
• Experience in healthcare or behavioral health outreach preferred.
• Familiarity with the SUD treatment ecosystem and community ties preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships, educate stakeholders, and foster collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a territory-level go-to-market strategy focused on growing our SUD program.
• Build deep, trust-based relationships with SUD referral partners.
• Conduct in-field outreach 4-5 days per week, educating partners about SUD programs and services.
• Identify barriers to treatment and collaborate with referrals to improve access to care.
