Job summary

Charlie Health is hiring a Territory Manager, SUD in the Inland Empire, CA. You will lead field outreach to educate referral partners about our SUD and mental health programs, building strong partnerships and a scalable growth motion.

You will work with cross-functional teams to address barriers to care and drive growth in a high-accountability environment, partnering with leadership to refine engagement strategies and messaging.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of proven sales or business development experience.
• Healthcare outreach experience preferred.
• Familiarity with the SUD treatment ecosystem preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships and educate stakeholders.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a territory-level go-to-market strategy for the SUD program.
• Build trust-based relationships with SUD referral partners.
• Conduct in-field outreach 4-5 days per week to educate partners about SUD programs.
• Identify barriers to treatment and collaborate to improve access to care.
• Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to drive growth and refine messaging.
