Job summary

Charlie Health is seeking a Territory Manager, SUD to join our fast-growing team. Based in Orange County, you will develop and execute a territory go-to-market strategy, build relationships with referral partners in detox centers, residential treatment facilities, and other SUD settings, and educate partners on Charlie Health’s behavioral health programs.

You will travel extensively in Orange County, collaborating with marketing, clinical, operations, and analytics teams to drive growth.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of proven sales or business development experience.
• Experience in healthcare or behavioral health outreach preferred.
• Familiarity with the SUD treatment ecosystem and community ties preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships and educate stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a territory-level go-to-market strategy focused on growing our SUD program.
• Build deep, trust-based relationships with higher and lower level of care SUD referral partners.
• Conduct in-field outreach 4-5 days per week, educating partners about SUD programs and services.
• Identify barriers to treatment and collaborate with referral sources to improve access to care.
• Collect and synthesize partner feedback to refine messaging and execution.
• Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to improve the SUD growth motion.
• Partner with internal teams to create tailored engagement strategies for SUD care providers.
• Represent Charlie Health in community settings and industry events to promote SUD program.
• Gather feedback from partners to refine marketing, operational, and product strategies.
• Work with marketing, clinical, operations, and analytics teams to achieve growth goals.
