Charlie Health seeks a Territory Manager, SUD, to join a founding go-to-market team scaling national SUD programs. You will educate referral partners and build the playbook with care providers.

Based on Eastern Shore, MD, you will travel extensively and partner with marketing, clinical, operations, and analytics to drive growth. You will thrive in a high-accountability environment, shaping engagement strategies with SUD care providers and supporting long-term collaboration.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of proven sales or business development experience.
• Experience in healthcare or behavioral health outreach is preferred.
• Familiarity with the SUD treatment ecosystem and community ties is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships and educate stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute a territory-level go-to-market strategy for the SUD program.
• Build deep, trust-based relationships with SUD referral partners across care settings.
• Conduct in-field outreach 4-5 days per week to educate partners about Charlie Health's SUD services.
• Identify barriers to treatment and collaborate to improve access to care.
• Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to improve the SUD growth motion.
