Job summary

Charlie Health, Inc. is seeking a Territory Manager, SUD, in the San Fernando Valley to scale our national SUD program.

You will lead partner engagement, educate referral sources, and drive growth across detox centers, residential facilities, and related organizations. You will travel extensively, build high‑impact relationships, and collaborate with marketing, clinical, operations, and analytics teams to achieve ambitious targets.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of proven sales or business development experience.
• Experience in healthcare or behavioral health outreach preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships and educate stakeholders.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a territory‑level go‑to‑market strategy for the SUD program.
• Build deep, trustbased relationships with SUD referral partners.
• Conduct infield outreach 4-5 days per week to educate partners about SUD services.
• Identify barriers to treatment and collaborate to improve access to care.
• Collect and synthesize partner feedback to refine messaging and execution.
• Collaborate with leadership and cross functional teams to improve growth motion.
• Create tailored engagement strategies for SUD care providers.
• Represent Charlie Health at community events and industry conferences.
• Gather feedback to refine marketing, operations, and product strategies.
• Work cross-functionally with marketing, clinical, operations, and analytics teams.
