Job summary

Charlie Health, Inc. is seeking a Territory Manager, SUD, based in West Palm Beach, to drive growth for our national behavioral health program.

You will educate referral partners, build trust-based relationships, and execute a territory GTM strategy across detox centers, residential facilities, and other SUD settings. You will collaborate with marketing, clinical, operations, and analytics teams, travel 4–5 days per week, and contribute to scaling our SUD offerings while delivering measurable

Qualifications

• 4+ years of proven sales or business development experience.
• Experience in healthcare or behavioral health outreach preferred.
• Familiarity with the SUD treatment ecosystem and community ties preferred.
• Must be based in West Palm Beach, FL.
• Willingness to travel extensively around West Palm Beach, FL.

Responsibilities

• Develop a territory-level go-to-market strategy focused on growing the SUD program.
• Build deep, trust-based relationships with higher and lower level of care SUD referral partners.
• Conduct in-field outreach 4-5 days per week, meeting with referral partners to educate about Charlie Health’s SUD programs.
• Identify barriers to treatment and collaborate with referral sources to improve access to care.
• Collect and synthesize partner feedback to refine messaging, positioning, and execution.
• Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to continuously improve the SUD growth motion.
• Partner with internal teams to create tailored engagement strategies for SUD care providers.
• Represent Charlie Health in community settings and at industry events to promote SUD program awareness.
• Gather and synthesize feedback to refine marketing, operations, and product strategies.
• Work cross-functionally with marketing, clinical, operations, and analytics teams to achieve growth goals.
