Job summary

Charlie Health in Austin, TX is seeking a Territory Manager, SUD, to join our founding go-to-market team responsible for scaling the SUD program nationwide. You’ll educate referral partners in detox centers, residential treatment centers, rehab facilities, and other SUD-focused organizations about Charlie Health’s comprehensive behavioral health services and how they support recovery.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of proven sales or business development experience.
• Experience in healthcare or behavioral health outreach preferred.
• Familiarity with the SUD treatment ecosystem and community ties preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships, educate stakeholders, and foster collaboration.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Strong project management skills in a dynamic environment.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Teams, and Salesforce is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a territory-level go-to-market strategy for SUD.
• Build trust-based relationships with SUD referral partners.
• Conduct in-field outreach 4-5 days per week educating partners.
• Identify barriers to treatment and improve access to care.
• Collect and synthesize partner feedback to refine messaging.
• Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to improve growth motion.
• Partner with internal teams to engage SUD care providers for long-term collaboration.
• Represent Charlie Health at community events and industry conferences.
• Gather stakeholder feedback to refine marketing, operations, and product strategies.
• Work cross-functionally with marketing, clinical, operations, and analytics to achieve growth.
