Job summary

Charlie Health is seeking a Territory Manager, SUD in Miami to scale our national Substance Use Disorder program. You will build partnerships with detox centers, residential treatment facilities, and other SUD organizations while educating them about Charlie Health's integrated mental health and substance use care.

You thrive in high-accountability environments, manage field outreach 4–5 days a week, collaborate with marketing, clinical, and analytics teams, and help shape our growth motion.

Qualifications

• Based in the Miami, FL area with willingness to travel within the Miami region.
• 4+ years of proven sales or business development experience.
• Experience in healthcare or behavioral health outreach preferred.
• Familiarity with the SUD treatment ecosystem and community ties preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Teams, and Salesforce is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop a territory-level go-to-market strategy for SUD program.
• Build deep relationships with SUD referral partners.
• Conduct field outreach 4–5 days per week with partners.
• Identify barriers to treatment and improve access to care.
• Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to drive growth.
• Represent Charlie Health at community events and industry conferences.
• Gather feedback to refine marketing, operations, and product strategies.
• Work cross-functionally with marketing, clinical, operations, analytics to hit goals.
