Job summary

Charlie Health is seeking a Territory Manager, SUD to join a founding go-to-market team responsible for scaling the national SUD program. You will educate referral partners about Charlie Health's comprehensive SUD treatment and behavioral health offerings, enabling smoother access to care for clients on the road to recovery.

The role requires high accountability, strategic thinking, and collaboration with marketing, clinical, operations, and analytics teams.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of proven sales or business development experience.
• Experience in healthcare or behavioral health outreach preferred.
• Familiarity with the SUD treatment ecosystem and community ties preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships, educate stakeholders, and foster collaboration.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Teams, and Salesforce is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a territory-level go-to-market strategy focused on growing our SUD program.
• Build deep, trust-based relationships with higher and lower level of care SUD referral partners.
• Conduct in-field outreach 4-5 days per week, meeting with referral partners to educate them about Charlie Health's SUD programs and services.
• Identify barriers to treatment and collaborate with referral sources to improve access to care for individuals in need.
• Collect and synthesize partner feedback to refine messaging, positioning, and execution.
• Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to continuously improve the SUD growth motion.
• Partner with internal teams to create tailored engagement strategies that resonate with SUD care providers and support long‑term collaboration.
• Represent Charlie Health in community settings and industry events to promote awareness of our SUD program.
• Gather feedback from partners and stakeholders to refine marketing, operational, and product strategies.
• Work cross-functionally with marketing, clinical, operations, and analytics teams to achieve growth goals within the SUD channel.
