Job summary

Charlie Health, Inc. is seeking a Territory Manager, SUD, to scale our national Substance Use Disorder program from Chicago.

You will build and execute a territory go‑to‑market plan, educate referral partners across detox, residential, and rehab settings, and drive growth with cross‑functional teams. You will thrive in high accountability, collaborating with sharp teammates while expanding Charlie Health’s reach in the SUD space.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of proven sales or business development experience.
• Experience in healthcare or behavioral health outreach preferred.
• Ability to build relationships and educate stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop a territory GTM strategy for the SUD program.
• Build trust-based relationships with SUD referral partners.
• Conduct in-field outreach 4-5 days a week.
• Educate partners about Charlie Health programs and services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive growth.
• Represent Charlie Health at community events and conferences.
• Gather partner feedback to refine messaging and execution.
• Work with marketing, clinical, operations, and analytics teams to hit growth goals.
