Job summary

Charlie Health seeks a Territory Manager, SUD based in Chicago to scale our national SUD program. You will drive territory GTM strategy, build partnerships with detox and rehab facilities, and educate partners about our comprehensive behavioral health offerings.

You will travel extensively within Chicago, forging strong referral networks, gathering feedback, and partnering with marketing, clinical, operations, and analytics teams to meet growth goals.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of proven sales or business development experience.
• Experience in healthcare outreach preferred.
• Familiarity with the SUD treatment ecosystem and community ties preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships, educate stakeholders, and foster collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a territory-level go-to-market strategy focused on growing our SUD program.
• Build deep, trust-based relationships with higher and lower level of care SUD referral partners.
• Conduct in-field outreach 4-5 days per week, meeting with referral partners to educate them about Charlie Health’s SUD programs and services.
• Identify barriers to treatment and collaborate with referral sources to improve access to care for individuals in need.
• Collect and synthesize partner feedback to refine messaging, positioning, and execution.
• Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to continuously improve the SUD growth motion.
• Partner with internal teams to create tailored engagement strategies that resonate with SUD care providers and support long-term collaboration
• Represent Charlie Health in community settings and industry events to promote awareness of our SUD program
• Gather and synthesize feedback from partners to refine marketing, operational, and product strategies
• Work cross-functionally with marketing, clinical, operations, and analytics teams to achieve growth goals within the SUD channel
