Charlie Health is seeking a Territory Manager, SUD, based in Philadelphia to scale our Substance Use Disorder program nationwide. Qualifikationen

• 4+ years of proven sales or business development experience.
• Experience in healthcare or behavioral health outreach preferred.
• Based in Philadelphia, PA, willing to travel around Philadelphia.
• Strong relationship-building and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience with Salesforce is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute a territory-level go-to-market strategy for the SUD program.
• Build deep, trust-based relationships with SUD referral partners.
• Conduct in-field outreach 4–5 days per week to educate partners about SUD programs.
• Identify barriers to treatment and collaborate with referral sources to improve access to care.
• Collect and synthesize partner feedback to refine messaging and execution.
• Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to improve the SUD growth motion.
• Partner with internal teams to engage SUD care providers and foster long-term collaboration.
• Represent Charlie Health in community settings and industry events to promote the SUD program.
• Gather feedback to refine marketing, operations, and product strategies.
• Work cross-functionally with marketing, clinical, operations, and analytics teams to meet growth goals.
