Job summary

Charlie Health in Philadelphia, PA is seeking a Territory Manager, SUD to scale our national SUD program. You will develop territory GTM strategies, build relationships with referral partners, and educate providers about Charlie Health’s integrated behavioral health solutions.

Qualifications

• Based in Philadelphia, PA.
• Willingness to travel extensively around Philadelphia, PA.
• 4+ years of proven sales or business development experience.
• Healthcare or behavioral health outreach experience preferred.
• Familiarity with the SUD treatment ecosystem and community ties preferred.
• Strong ability to build relationships, educate stakeholders, and foster collaboration.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Strong project management skills and attention to detail in a dynamic environment.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Teams, and Salesforce is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a territory-level go-to-market strategy focused on growing our SUD program.
• Build deep, trust-based relationships with higher and lower level of care SUD referral partners.
• Conduct in-field outreach 4-5 days per week, meeting with referral partners to educate them about Charlie Health’s SUD programs and services.
• Identify barriers to treatment and collaborate with referral sources to improve access to care for individuals in need.
• Collect and synthesize partner feedback to refine messaging, positioning, and execution.
• Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to continuously improve the SUD growth motion.
• Partner with internal teams to create tailored engagement strategies that resonate with SUD care providers and support long-term collaboration.
• Represent Charlie Health in community settings and at industry events to promote SUD awareness.
• Gather and synthesize feedback from partners to refine marketing, operations, and product strategies.
• Work cross-functionally with marketing, clinical, operations, and analytics teams to achieve growth goals within the SUD channel.
