Job summary

Charlie Health is seeking a Territory Manager, SUD to drive the go-to-market strategy in Houston. You will build relationships with referral partners and lead field outreach to grow the SUD program.

This role requires 4+ years in sales or business development, healthcare outreach experience, and strong collaboration with marketing, clinical, operations, and analytics teams. Competitive base salary and uncapped bonus.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of proven sales or business development experience.
• Experience in healthcare or behavioral health outreach preferred.
• Familiarity with the SUD treatment ecosystem and community ties preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships, educate stakeholders, and foster collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a territory-level go-to-market strategy focused on growing our SUD program.
• Build deep, trust-based relationships with higher and lower level of care SUD referral partners.
• Conduct in-field outreach 4-5 days per week, educating partners about Charlie Health’s SUD programs and services.
• Identify barriers to treatment and collaborate with referral sources to improve access to care.
• Collect and synthesize partner feedback to refine messaging, positioning, and execution.
• Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to continuously improve the SUD growth motion.
• Partner with internal teams to create tailored engagement strategies that resonate with SUD care providers.
• Represent Charlie Health in community settings and industry events to promote SUD program awareness.
• Gather feedback from partners to refine marketing, operations, and product strategies.
• Work cross-functionally with marketing, clinical, operations, and analytics to achieve growth goals.
