Job summary

Charlie Health is seeking a Territory Manager, SUD, to scale our nationwide Substance Use Disorder program. You will build a go-to-market playbook, educate referral partners, and drive growth across Baltimore County and beyond.

Based in Maryland, you will travel extensively to partner sites, collaborate with marketing, clinical, operations, and analytics teams, and help shape strategy while delivering measurable results in a fast-growing behavioral health company.

Qualifications

• Baltimore County, MD based and willing to travel
• 4+ years of proven sales or business development experience
• Experience in healthcare or behavioral health outreach preferred
• Familiarity with the SUD treatment ecosystem and community ties preferred
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a territory-level go-to-market strategy focused on growing our SUD program
• Build deep, trust-based relationships with higher and lower level of care SUD referral partners
• Conduct in-field outreach 4-5 days per week, meeting with referral partners to educate them about Charlie Health's SUD programs and services
• Identify barriers to treatment and collaborate with referral sources to improve access to care for individuals in need
• Collect and synthesize partner feedback to refine messaging, positioning, and execution
• Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to continuously improve the SUD growth motion
• Partner with internal teams to create tailored engagement strategies that resonate with SUD care providers and support long‑term collaboration
• Represent Charlie Health in community settings and industry events to promote awareness of our SUD program
• Gather and synthesize feedback from partners and stakeholders to refine marketing, operational, and product strategies
• Work cross-functionally with marketing, clinical, operations, and analytics teams to achieve growth goals within the SUD channel
