Charlie Health is seeking a Territory Manager, SUD, based in Houston, to scale our national program with referral partners in detox, residential, and rehab settings. You will educate partners about Charlie Health’s SUD and mental health offerings and drive growth through strategic field outreach.

You will travel extensively in Houston, build trusted relationships, and collaborate with marketing, clinical, operations, and analytics teams to achieve ambitious growth targets while delivering

Qualificações

• 4+ years of proven sales or business development experience.
• Experience in healthcare or behavioral health outreach preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships, educate stakeholders, and foster collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute a territory-level go-to-market strategy focused on growing our SUD program.
• Build deep, trust-based relationships with higher and lower level of care SUD referral partners.
• Conduct in-field outreach 4-5 days per week, meeting with referral partners to educate them about Charlie Health's SUD programs and services.
• Identify barriers to treatment and collaborate with referral sources to improve access to care for individuals in need.
• Collect and synthesize partner feedback to refine messaging, positioning, and execution.
• Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to continuously improve the SUD growth motion.
• Partner with internal teams to create tailored engagement strategies that resonate with SUD care providers and support long-term collaboration.
• Represent Charlie Health in community settings and industry events to promote awareness of our SUD program.
• Gather and synthesize feedback from partners and stakeholders to refine marketing, operational, and product strategies.
• Work cross-functionally with marketing, clinical, operations, and analytics teams to achieve growth goals within the SUD channel.
