Charlie Health is seeking an Eastern Shore, MD-based Territory Manager, SUD, to scale our nationwide program. You will educate referral partners in detox centers and rehab facilities, building lasting relationships and driving adoption of our SUD services.

You'll partner across teams to refine outreach, messaging, and strategy, thriving in a high-accountability environment with meaningful impact on patient access to care.

Qualifications

• Eastern Shore, MD based with willingness to travel extensively.
• 4+ years of proven sales or business development experience.
• Experience in healthcare or behavioral health outreach preferred.
• Familiarity with the SUD treatment ecosystem preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute a territory-level go-to-market strategy for SUD growth.
• Build deep, trust-based relationships with SUD referral partners.
• Conduct in-field outreach 4-5 days per week to educate partners.
• Identify barriers to treatment and improve access to care.
• Collect and synthesize partner feedback to refine messaging.
• Collaborate with leadership to improve the SUD growth motion.
• Create engagement strategies for SUD care providers.
• Represent Charlie Health at community events and industry sessions.
• Gather feedback to refine marketing, operations, and product strategies.
• Work cross-functionally with marketing, clinical, operations, and analytics.
